Liu Biao 劉表 was Governor of Jing Province for about 12 years during the waning years of the Han dynasty. He was a distant descendant of the emperors of the Western Han dynasty. After his death, the northern part of Jing Province went to Cao Cao while the southern part was contested between Liu Bei and Sun Quan.
